 explore the interdisciplinary design space based on two foundational pilla
 rs: 1. p2p local mesh-networking using local low power wireless broadcast 
 (e.g.using  LORA) and 2. the self sovereign identity paradigm (e.g. using 
 DID methods that support self certification)  --- with the rather unusual 
 aim to conceptualise methods to ‘maintain rough consensus within radical
 ly transparent LOCAL community governance models’ (e.g. self certifying 
 expressions of preference aka ‘pseudonymous local public voting’)
