Sessions
Want to make a zine about feminist ideas, online safety, organizing, local resources, or strategies of resistance? In this hands-on workshop, we can pour our ideas into zines.
After a brief introduction to the history of zines as tools of underground communication and a few inspiring examples to show their power and simplicity, we will start making our own zines.
No experience needed. Let’s get folding!
Meet the Pollinators, a diverse group of technologists, activists and artists working at the intersection of decentralized web, digital rights, and public interest tech. In this session, 5-6 Pollinators will present their work and projects in P2P, FOSS, and anti-authoritarian tech, highlighting how they empower marginalized communities through solidarity, capacity building, and open social innovation.
