DWeb Camp 2026

You want to share information offline? Let's make zines!
2026-07-10 , Creativity Dome

Want to make a zine about feminist ideas, online safety, organizing, local resources, or strategies of resistance? In this hands-on workshop, we can pour our ideas into zines.

After a brief introduction to the history of zines as tools of underground communication and a few inspiring examples to show their power and simplicity, we will start making our own zines.

No experience needed. Let’s get folding!

We will start the practical part with a round of introductions and a guided brainstorming session to spark ideas for zine topics, formats, types of content, design, tools, and distribution strategies. This is also a great opportunity to get to know each other: feel free to team up with your neighbor or work solo.

I’ll be walking around the room to answer any questions, and there will be a selection of zines for inspiration, plus instructions for folding and binding.

There will be plenty of pens, paper, and some other making materials.

No experience is needed, everyone is welcome.
