Morning Chi Gung Exercises

Teaching the benefit of breathing and relaxing and being present to your surroundings. I will be using shaolin 8 brocades chi gung but with a twist with choy li fut (Iron Shirt) conditioning.


Chi Gung is meditative and breathing with strengthen the internal core with your mind focusing on your body. It also referred to iron shirt technique.
